THE HOME OF THE 2022 ANNUAL CONVENTION

We are creating a mental rebirth in both children
and adults where anger turns into motivation and
helplessness turns into determination through
schooling, job leads and development, fund
raising, homeless housing referrals, raising self
esteem, counseling for drugs, alcohol, and
marriage. Our division 407 Arthur Thomas, named after one of our previous division Presidents;


Sharing and enabling empowerment of the economically poor,
by changing the structures that perpetuate poverty.

7. Establish support from Suppliers
8. Establish a core base staff of Volunteers
9. Gain Community Support from Community
Organizations and Churches
10. Mailing to Members and Funding Institutions
to raise funds.
