The Baltimore division 106 is dedicated and named after two ancestors, the great Hannibal Barca of Carthage and Dr. John Henrik Clarke. Hannibal Barca is known as the greatest military general and strategist in human history. Dr. Clarke is known as a world renown scholar, historian, and revolutionary master teacher. The Baltimore Division proactively engages and unapologetically participates in the uplifting and Defense of African People.
Goals and Mission
Our Sole mission is attending to the task of Helping and Healing our people in the Baltimore/ Maryland Area.
We follow the teachings of The Honorable Marcus Garvey to build Solidarity, Strength and Self-Sufficiency in our Communities.
